- Talent Acquisition Consultant driving key recruiting across business functions for investment platform interactive investor. Managing end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill hiring needs at Manchester office.
Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas
- Developing strategies to attract talent (job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs and headhunting)
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical or hard to fill roles
- Screening and shortlisting applications, conducting initial qualification interviews and offering recommendations to hiring teams
- Coordinating interviews with hiring teams and facilitating the assessment process
- Ensuring fair, unbiased and compliant recruitment practices
- Creating a smooth, engaging and timely recruitment process for candidates
- Acting as the main point of contact for applicants during the hiring journey
- Advising managers on interview best practices and market trends
- Managing relationships with recruitment agencies when external help is needed
- Managing employer branding to ensure the company is seen as an attractive place to work
- Support with Onboarding and compliance activities where required
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting either in an internal HR function, agency or consultancy
- Experience in the end to end recruitment process
- Demonstratable knowledge in hiring across multiple business areas (Customer Service, Technology, Financial etc)
- Strong ability to devise a search strategy for complex requirements
- Good knowledge of candidate markets and how to generate market insights
- Able to recruit in both high-volume areas (e.g customer service) and niche areas (e.g technology areas)
- Able to hit the ground running and work at speed
