Talent Sourcer assisting Talent Acquisition Partners in recruitment for a multi-asset broker. Responsible for sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
Responsibilities
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening when required
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and organized data within the ATS
Support Talent Acquisition Partners with daily administrative and recruitment tasks
Assist in preparing and posting job ads
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Help track recruitment metrics and produce basic reports
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (internships welcome)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse) is an advantage
Proficiency in Google Workspace
