About the role

  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening when required
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and organized data within the ATS
  • Support Talent Acquisition Partners with daily administrative and recruitment tasks
  • Assist in preparing and posting job ads
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Help track recruitment metrics and produce basic reports

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment (internships welcome)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
