About the role

  • Support the Head of HR with operational and administrative HR matters
  • Create, maintain, and manage HR documents
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee master data in HR systems
  • Prepare information for internal communications and assist in creating presentations and reports
  • Work closely with departments such as payroll, IT, and facility management
  • Own the full recruitment process from defining the job profile to selecting suitable candidates
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and modern employer branding initiatives
  • Assist in designing and implementing employee benefits

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in HR
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ideally, first experience with HR systems such as Personio and DATEV
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a careful, structured, and reliable way of working
  • High discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling confidential data
  • Team- and service-oriented, excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Flexible and enthusiastic about supporting various HR tasks
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills
