About the role

  • Lead and manage international recruitment efforts across multiple regions
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies and build a strong talent pipeline
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Partner with business leaders, people & culture, and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and support workforce planning
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships, and employee referrals
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Own the onboarding experience including new hire document completion through HRIS, developing 30-60-90-day plans and completing new hire surveys
  • Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Maintain knowledge of international labor laws and hiring regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and participate in People & Culture initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a global or regional talent acquisition role
  • Proven track record of hiring across multiple countries and functions (tech, engineering, operations, sales, supply chain)
  • English Language – advanced level (oral and written)
  • Proficient in using Office 365 Tools
  • Proficient use of ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor and Indeed
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws and compliance requirements
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work across time zones and cultures
  • Familiarity with HRIS Software experience such as BambooHR, Workday, PandaDoc (preferred)
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus (preferred)
  • AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent preferred
