About the role

  • Handle full recruitment cycle across various departments from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to interviewing and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and analyze staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Draft, create, and post job announcements both internally and externally across multiple job boards and platforms
  • Actively source candidates through social media, professional networks, and direct outreach; research and develop new channels and strategies
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and keep candidates updated on application status
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, detailed feedback, and expectation management
  • Consult managers on candidate suitability to ensure person-job-organization fit
  • Organize new staff onboarding to ensure smooth integration
  • Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events to attract and engage potential candidates

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, social media platforms, Stack Overflow, and other networks
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects at once
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and high level of initiative
