About the role

  • finding and assessing the suitability of experienced tech candidates for AND Digital

Requirements

  • Experience of recruiting within the tech space (ideally some experience working contract/affiliate roles in an agency environment)
  • The ability to recruit across the whole tech landscape, ideally with some experience in hiring contract technical roles
  • Experience of hiring at pace, both sourcing and headhunting talent across a variety of locations and levels
  • Process oriented mindset along with strong administration experience
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies i.e. Linkedin Recruiter
  • Good stakeholder management experience including working with key stakeholders to overcome recruitment challenges and provide regular market insight.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with lots of different ANDi’s across clubs.
