Responsibilities

Own and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor).
Build and deliver a forward-thinking employer brand strategy.
Ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organisation’s long-term growth plans.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of functions and levels.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
Experience owning and optimising an ATS (ideally Teamtailor).
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering at senior levels.
Demonstrable experience in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
People management experience with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
