About the role

  • Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment - both internal and external - while managing one direct report.
  • Own and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor).
  • Build and deliver a forward-thinking employer brand strategy.
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organisation’s long-term growth plans.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Experience owning and optimising an ATS (ideally Teamtailor).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering at senior levels.
  • Demonstrable experience in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • People management experience with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
