About the role

  • Provide recruitment support to center managers within assigned territories
  • Generate hourly candidate flow through sourcing and advertising on recruitment sites, college websites, and company website
  • Ensure correct posting verbiage to represent company brand
  • Monitor and prioritize openings throughout the Region
  • Schedule and support execution of hourly group interviews and hiring events
  • Source passive candidates for priority locations
  • Maintain job postings on job boards and other recruitment methods
  • Monitor and manage ATS onboarding process for assigned locations
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and answer candidate inquiries
  • Build applicant sources via community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
  • Advise hiring managers on hiring options and hourly recruiting best practices
  • Provide weekly reporting on results from scheduled interviews/hiring events
  • Ensure hiring and recruitment compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Assist Recruiting and Human Resources Managers as needed

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational experience with ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches
  • Self-starter with a superior work ethic and a defined sense of ownership and urgency
