  • Support users of the Client's internal systems in resolving questions and issues

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Some prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and/or processes
  • Professional experience with PHP
  • Experience with operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of hardware
  • Skills in SQL or PL/SQL
  • Basic knowledge of Azure/AWS (cloud)
  • Basic knowledge of OutSystems
  • Microservices and APIs
  • Knowledge of Linux environments (e.g., shell scripting)
  • Degree in Information Systems or a related field is valued
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
