About the role

  • L2 Tech Support Engineer serving as technical support contact for GE PCS drive systems. Collaborating globally on technical service and project support in Power Electronics.

Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for technical support of GE PCS drive systems
  • Handling and resolution of assigned cases in ServiceMax
  • Collaboration and regular communication with the global Power Electronics (PE) Tech Support team
  • Analysis of IB and service reports from the field and derivation of lessons learned
  • Development of training concepts in the area of Power Electronics

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Drive Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Many years of experience as a Field Service Engineer
  • Excellent German and English language skills
