Responsibilities
Central point of contact for technical support of GE PCS drive systems
Handling and resolution of assigned cases in ServiceMax
Collaboration and regular communication with the global Power Electronics (PE) Tech Support team
Analysis of IB and service reports from the field and derivation of lessons learned
Development of training concepts in the area of Power Electronics
Requirements
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Drive Engineering, or a related discipline
Many years of experience as a Field Service Engineer
Excellent German and English language skills
