Senior Recruiter leading recruitment for Boldr’s strategic corporate roles. Partnering with executives and driving talent acquisition for niche and leadership positions.
About the role
- Source, train and manage field staff for client projects
- Manage a team of juniors and report to the Business Director, DACH
- Ensure Staffing Team meet profile & booking deadlines and recruit candidates (ads, CV screening, telephone interviews)
- Assure booking of candidates and manage payroll queries with wider team support
- Plan, prepare and conduct staff training and provide internal feedback
- Manage administrative follow-up: employee files, contract drafting, payroll, invoicing, expense reports and compliance
- Maintain staffing database and develop longer term recruitment strategies for 1CRM
- Create documents for staff and clients: briefs, reports, candidate presentations
- Manage logistics and support services for campaign delivery
- Manage staff on the field: role allocation, rotations, breaks and customer intermediary
- Collate, process and deliver campaign data for evaluation
- Provide leadership to the staffing team and anticipate urgent recruitment and last-minute replacements
Requirements
- A first-class listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions.
- Strong project management skills with dedication to timelines
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Ability to work as a team whilst also supporting the development of members of the team
- High availability and resistance to stress
- Excellent understanding of the Staffing world and high experience in working on large scale staffing recruitment projects
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and German
