About the role

  • Staffing Advisor managing resource allocation activities for Efficio's consultancy team. Proactively mitigating resource challenges and supporting consultants' career development.

Responsibilities

  • Enable the ongoing rapid growth of Efficio by proactively mitigating mid term resource challenges across junior and senior project staffing, allowing high quality project delivery
  • Support the allocation of consultants on to projects
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of ongoing development needs, project transitions, career aspirations and wellbeing
  • Partner with consultants, mentors, HR and L&D to support and facilitate consultants’ career development
  • Proactively manage consultant wellness and feed back to business
  • Contribute to internal retention initiatives
  • Responsible for the smooth onboarding of consultants (both new hires and temporary assignments from other regions) becoming their first point of contact for staffing related questions
  • Utilise Certinia (PSA technology or similar) functionality to provide insights into resource utilisation, demand and forecasting from our Project Management ERP system
  • Ensure Certinia reflects staffing decisions for managed consultants and is an updated single source of truth
  • A continuous improvement mindset to challenge current ways of working and to seek process and efficiency improvements
  • Working with the Business Development team and leadership to monitor sales opportunities and associated resource needs. Updating changes to resource requirements when necessary
  • Develop future Resourcing forecast through resource planning process by partnering with colleagues in the Project Delivery team, local leadership and Recruitment to agree recruitment targets, i.e., quantity, grade, specific skillsets
  • Maintain reporting, tools and trackers to monitor resourcing bottlenecks and drive effective escalation and resolution with the European leadership team

Requirements

  • Experience in a people facing role, ideally in Recruitment/L&D
  • General understanding of business operations in a professional services environment
  • Interest in people development, proactively seeking the right opportunities for consultants
  • Able to manage multiple activities for different stakeholders under time pressure
  • Able to flex to different working styles and personalities
  • Experienced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfortable with managing and analysing large datasets within Excel
  • Proactive, quick learner, curious
  • Calm, empathetic and diplomatic
