Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong experience hiring for business-side functions
  • Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies
  • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and funnel analytics
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
