  • Culinary Recruiter delivering efficient hiring processes for shipboard culinary roles at Royal Caribbean Group. Overseeing requisition management and developing sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an efficient and effective hiring process for shipboard culinary positions
  • Oversee requisition management and full-cycle candidate selection
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies
  • Manage pipelines and provide market insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to attract, identify, screen, and hire top global culinary talent
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience within culinary / food & beverage / hospitality
  • Experience in high volume recruiting a plus
  • Cruise industry experience preferred
  • Proven ability to source, interview and screen candidates (management, specialty and high-volume roles)
  • Demonstrated capability to recruit positions in various levels of the organisation (entry to senior level)
  • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with candidates within established guidelines
  • Working knowledge of accepted human resources recruitment practices
  • Knowledge of world geography, time differences and demographic
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools
  • A passion for hospitality and the cruise industry is a must!
