Responsibilities
Source candidates for blue collar roles such as cooks, food service workers, janitors, housekeepers, and drivers.
Source candidates for white collar roles such as HR assistants, supervisors, and operations managers.
Use platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess interest, availability, and basic qualifications.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers.
Meet daily and weekly sourcing goals and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in the ATS.
Requirements
+3 years of experience sourcing or recruiting for U.S.-based blue and white collar roles.
Familiarity with high-volume recruiting strategies and frontline candidate profiles.
Experience using sourcing tools like Indeed Resume Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ or higher).
Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Nice to Have:
Deep knowledge of social media data mining and engagement techniques.
Experience sourcing for clinical engineering, foodservice, and/or facilities management professionals.
Ability to write engaging and persuasive job advertisements that attract passive talent.
