Build a deep understanding of our teams, and create relationships with those team members and hiring managers
Regularly analyze and report on our sourcing pipeline to hiring managers
Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates through targeted research, passive outreach, industry networking, and creative sourcing efforts
Develop our employment brand and use it to improve inbound interest for Grammarly
Develop diversity and inclusion programs
Evaluate sourced candidates
Own outbound efforts including career fairs, tech talks, conferences, and sourcing
Collaborate with the broader team to implement company-wide events and policies to build a united culture around our values
Requirements

You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
