Responsibilities
- Define and carry out the SEO strategy and roadmap for the DACH and NORDICS regions.
- Take full ownership of content optimisation projects, from idea generation to performance tracking.
- Run keyword research and prepare detailed content briefs.
- Work with external agencies on Digital PR and other content initiatives.
- Support technical SEO efforts for our websites by running crawls and identifying bugs or new opportunities.
- Monitor performance, run deep analyses, and share findings with senior stakeholders to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Three to five years of hands on experience in SEO.
- Proven experience managing content projects with multiple cross channel stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively and influence diverse teams.
- Understanding of Technical SEO principles and confidence in running website crawls.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in key SEO tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMRush.
- You are proficient in English and either German, Swedish, or Norwegian.
