Responsibilities

Champion an exceptional interview experience by fostering meaningful relationships with candidates and ensuring a seamless process.
Elevate our recruitment practices by overhauling interview techniques, providing training to interview teams, mastering our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and leveraging additional AI tools (Metaview & Juicebox).
Proactively address challenges and collaborate closely with colleagues across the People team to drive solutions.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience recruiting a range of commercial positions, preferably within the B2B SaaS landscape.
Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments, adhering to timelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders, possessing the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at senior levels.
A results-driven mindset, with a keen focus on metrics and outcomes.
Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
