Requirements
5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of product marketing experience with a focus on credit card acquisition.
Deep expertise in credit card acquisition funnels, from awareness through conversion.
Proven track record of driving adoption for financial products and hitting goals in a test-and-learn environment.
Experience with segmentation, messaging, and positioning for financial products to drive conversion across various channels including email, checkout, and landing pages.
Meticulous attention to detail with a personally held standard for quality that consistently exceeds what's asked.
Comfortable working at the intersection of data and creativity — equally at home in a spreadsheet and a creative brief.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, engineering, bank partners, and legal in a highly regulated and matrixed environment.
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Journey Optimizer a plus.
Fluency with AI tools to accelerate research, content development, competitive analysis, and campaign ideation.
