Responsibilities

  • Define and document brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks for both Delta and eToro Club covering new features, subscription tiers, and campaigns.
  • Lead campaign narrative for Delta PRO and eToro Club's subscriptions.
  • Write and maintain tone-of-voice guidelines that work across both brand contexts. Ensuring Delta and Club feel distinct yet coherent within the eToro ecosystem.
  • Design high-quality marketing assets across all channels for both Delta and eToro Club: website hero sections, landing pages, performance marketing creatives (social, display, video), email templates, push notification visuals, and in-app upsell moments.
  • Own the App Store visual presence for Delta. Screenshots, feature graphics, and store listing creative. In collaboration with the ASO workstream.
  • Produce "taste" concepts and campaign mockups to pitch new marketing directions to stakeholders across both products.
  • Partner with growth leads on Delta PRO upsell campaigns and eToro Club subscriber acquisition and lifecycle communications: welcome flows, tier upgrade nudges, trial-expiry sequences.
  • Support product and feature launches across both brands with a full creative suite: visuals, CRM touchpoints, and social assets.
  • Maintain and evolve the Delta visual identity system, ensuring consistency across: product, marketing, and external communications.
  • Support the eToro Club visual identity, ensuring the Club brand feels premium and ownable while remaining coherent with eToro's broader brand.
  • Coordinate with product design to keep marketing and product visual languages aligned across both products.
  • Coordinate digital activation campaigns with our partners (including top tier Football clubs!).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a brand design, product marketing design, or marketing design role. Ideally, in a consumer app or fintech environment.
  • A portfolio that shows both strategic thinking (positioning decks, messaging frameworks, brand narratives) and strong visual execution (campaigns, websites, paid creatives, emails)
  • Comfort working across multiple brand identities simultaneously without losing consistency or quality.
  • Proficiency in Figma. You work fast, you work clean, and you know how to build reusable systems.
  • Strong typographic sensibility and attention to brand consistency across formats.
  • Ability to move from a brief to a polished visual with minimal direction.
  • Already using AI as a core part of your workflow. Not just for image generation, but for research, copy iteration, briefing, and accelerating creative output. You should be able to demonstrate this concretely.
  • Nice-to-haves
  • Experience designing for mobile apps or working alongside product design teams.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing formats (Meta, Google, TikTok) and what makes an ad creative perform.
  • Experience with CRM/email design (Braze, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO) and how visual assets influence conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and productivity tools — knowledge of what MCPs (Model Context Protocols) are, and experience working with tools like Weavy or similar AI creative assistants is a strong plus.
  • Interest in investing, fintech, or personal finance.
  • Soft skills
  • You document your work and keep things organised (Notion, or equivalent).
  • You communicate proactively. You give early previews, flag blockers.
  • You're comfortable with context-switching between two distinct brands and products.
  • You care about both craft and impact; you want your designs to convert, not just look good.
