About the role

  • Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, from intake to offer close, across G&A, GTM, and technical functions
  • Build and nurture pipelines using outbound tactics, networks, and creative strategies
  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers: guide intakes, calibrate profiles, and influence candidate evaluation
  • Track and improve interview velocity, pass-through rates, and time-to-fill for each owned role
  • Deliver a seamless end-to-end candidate experience by directly coordinating interviews and ensuring timely, personal, professional touchpoints
  • Partner closely with Talent Attractors to ensure healthy, targeted, converting top-of-funnel pipelines
  • Leverage available and discover new AI tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting to improve efficiency and funnel predictability
  • Own weekly reporting on funnel health and turn data into insights and action
  • Test new interview structures, assessments, or candidate experience experiments monthly and share learnings with the team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running multiple concurrent searches in high-growth environments (agency and in-house experience is a plus)
  • Equally confident in sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates
  • Instinctively data-driven; uses funnel metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Clear and confident communicator; acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where urgency and outcomes matter
  • Obsessed with creating an exceptional candidate experience while moving with speed and precision
  • Ability to join the Toronto office two days a week (Tues/Thurs)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada and willingness to disclose sponsorship needs (application form questions work authorization and sponsorship)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting (preferred)
