Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new accounts, execute strategic outreach plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to effectively negotiate high-value, complex, multi-year contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills: demonstrated solution-selling capabilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Proficiency in sales and analytical tools, such as CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple client accounts and tasks effectively
