About the role

  • Building and maintaining client relationships: You actively acquire new clients, develop your own client portfolio and manage existing clients
  • Acquiring new projects from both existing and new clients
  • Holistic client support: You analyze client requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Presentations and negotiations: Whether on-site, by phone or online — you present our services convincingly and conduct contract negotiations through to closing
  • Project coordination: You plan and coordinate assignments of our consultants and ensure project success
  • Recruitment: You support the selection and placement of specialists and managers for interim management projects
  • Market analysis: You identify new sales opportunities and monitor market trends to capitalize on opportunities early

Requirements

  • Several years of sales experience — ideally in a consulting or services environment, but not a strict requirement
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills: You inspire people and make persuasive, clear arguments
  • Proactive customer focus: You identify client needs early and independently develop suitable solutions
  • Structured working style: Independent and goal-oriented work is one of your strengths
  • Team-player mentality: You value collaboration in a supportive and dynamic team
  • Language skills: Fluent German and good English complete your profile
