Responsibilities
Building and maintaining client relationships: You actively acquire new clients, develop your own client portfolio and manage existing clients
Acquiring new projects from both existing and new clients
Holistic client support: You analyze client requirements and offer tailored solutions
Presentations and negotiations: Whether on-site, by phone or online — you present our services convincingly and conduct contract negotiations through to closing
Project coordination: You plan and coordinate assignments of our consultants and ensure project success
Recruitment: You support the selection and placement of specialists and managers for interim management projects
Market analysis: You identify new sales opportunities and monitor market trends to capitalize on opportunities early
Requirements
Several years of sales experience — ideally in a consulting or services environment, but not a strict requirement
Strong communication and negotiation skills: You inspire people and make persuasive, clear arguments
Proactive customer focus: You identify client needs early and independently develop suitable solutions
Structured working style: Independent and goal-oriented work is one of your strengths
Team-player mentality: You value collaboration in a supportive and dynamic team
Language skills: Fluent German and good English complete your profile
