Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, medical schools, and surgical training centers across Bulgaria.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including surgeons, department heads, and hospital administrators.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of SOFMEDICA Ventures surgical software platform.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with healthcare institutions of varying sizes.
Stay informed about the healthcare and medical software landscape in Bulgaria.
Identify emerging trends in surgical software and competitive offerings in the market.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market demands.
Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote SOFMEDICA software solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM system
Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
Collaborate with customer support team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any field; business, life sciences, or healthcare preferred).
Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with CRM, sales tools, and AI agents.
Fluent Greek (native/near-native) and English (B2+; C1 preferred)
Highly driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor.
Valid driver’s license; willing to travel.
Sales experience or exposure would be a strong plus.
