About the role

  • Account Executive at Inspired Thinking Group managing key retail client projects and customer inquiries. Collaborating with teams to maintain high service standards and achieve deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage data, artwork and print briefs using our cutting-edge technology.
  • Validating information supplied by the client to ensure accuracy of briefing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a specific project, managing this end to end.
  • Stay on top of Work In Progress (WIP) management, ensuring timely project progression.
  • Handle invoicing and month-end tasks efficiently.
  • Addressing client needs / concerns as quickly and effectively as possible, to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Provide support on content and production work within the team.
  • Conduct site visits for quality control of POS deliveries.
  • Attend press passes/QC sessions at print partners as required.
  • Stock Management and reporting.

Requirements

  • Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Able to work independently, whilst keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Remain calm and confident when handling challenging situations.

  • Excellent attention to detail. Able to prioritise workload effectively, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel.
