Responsibilities
Building the infrastructure that shortens the time to execution of customer engagement campaigns.
Improving lead conversion rate through better scoring and AI-powered qualification.
Scaling the account management customer pool with automated nurturing that drives product usage and overages.
Building behavioral automation campaigns that guide customers toward conversion-ready states.
Establishing data-driven PQA criteria that identify customers when they're actually ready to convert.
Maintaining a clean contact database with reliable enrichment and lifecycle management.
Creating an analytics framework to track what behaviors predict conversion.
Requirements
3+ years in growth operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations, ideally with experience in product-led growth or usage-based business models.
Experience with cohort analysis and conversion funnel optimization, particularly in product-led sales models.
Work with customer data platforms and enrichment tools to improve lead quality and scoring accuracy.
Comfortable with data analysis and can work with product usage data to design experiments and measure outcomes.
CRM proficiency with deep knowledge of workflows, lead scoring, and data quality management (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience with CRM database management, including deduplication, data cleanup, and maintaining data governance.
Highly technical and comfortable building automation using no-code tools (n8n, Zapier) and AI-powered workflows without engineering support.
Experience building infrastructure for lifecycle marketing and in-app customer journeys (Intercom, customer.io, or similar) that drive specific product behaviors/revenue.
Forward-thinking about automation and AI applications in revenue operations.
