About the role

  • Drive Banking, Financial, Accounting, and Technology recruitment practices
  • Oversee complete recruitment process—from business development to placing candidates
  • Mentor junior recruiters and promote a collaborative environment
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients within specialty
  • Source, attract, and screen high-quality candidates across various channels
  • Leverage Bullhorn ATS, HubSpot CRM and technology tools for productivity
  • Actively participate in planning meetings and deliver KPI reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience training or mentoring others in recruitment processes
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche databases, Bullhorn)
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and selection
