About the role
- Senior Recruitment Consultant playing a key role in recruitment for Banking, Financial, Accounting, and Technology sectors. Mentoring junior recruiters and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive Banking, Financial, Accounting, and Technology recruitment practices
- Oversee complete recruitment process—from business development to placing candidates
- Mentor junior recruiters and promote a collaborative environment
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients within specialty
- Source, attract, and screen high-quality candidates across various channels
- Leverage Bullhorn ATS, HubSpot CRM and technology tools for productivity
- Actively participate in planning meetings and deliver KPI reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience training or mentoring others in recruitment processes
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche databases, Bullhorn)
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and selection
