Responsibilities
Drive Banking, Financial, Accounting, and Technology recruitment practices
Oversee complete recruitment process—from business development to placing candidates

Source, attract, and screen high-quality candidates across various channels
Leverage Bullhorn ATS, HubSpot CRM and technology tools for productivity
Actively participate in planning meetings and deliver KPI reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
3–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience training or mentoring others in recruitment processes
