Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for recruiting across multiple locations for Caliber Collision. Supporting processes and managing candidate data between HR and hiring managers.
About the role
- Responsible for managing and facilitating the entire recruiting process
- Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy
- Work with managers and Talent Acquisition team to develop recruiting strategies
- Take a data-driven approach to develop goals, validate your activities and to measure success
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems through our ATS
- Provide follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to candidates on recruiting status
- Be an advocate for the candidate and deliver a world-class candidate experience
- Tracking recruiting activities in our ATS and providing candidate status in a weekly report
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
- Build strong relationships with candidates, the Talent Acquisition team, and our business partners
- Successfully evaluate candidates using behavioural interviewing techniques
Requirements
- Agency and in-house experience a plus, a broad mixture of role types experience preferred
- Experience executing a full-cycle recruiting process
- Sourcing experience, strong boolean searching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organisational skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take feedback and build strong productive relationships
- Experience working with Greenhouse preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- Results oriented, forward-looking and consistently acting in the best interests of the company
- Ability to evaluate candidates using behavioural interviewing techniques
- Experience updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems/ATS
