About the role

  • Own the recruiting engine for our next phase of growth
  • Lead executive searches (CFO, CTO, CRO, VP Broadband Services)
  • Build direct-sourcing engines: competitor mapping, targeted outreach, referrals, schools/workforce partners
  • Partner with leadership on compensation/equity ranges
  • Be a key resource on the Stimulus HR team supporting onboarding of key staff in new and existing markets

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years full-cycle recruiting
  • 5+ successful VP/C-suite placements
  • 3+ years in telecom/fiber/utility construction or adjacent infrastructure tech
  • Proven record juggling 10–20 concurrent searches and meeting deadlines
  • Expert in direct passive sourcing and high-stakes negotiation
