Requirements
6+ years of experience managing multi-channel, high-spend paid campaigns with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
Experience working in a tech, MarTech, IT, or SaaS environment (or in a specialised agency setting).
Proven hands-on expertise running and optimising paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Deep expertise in custom audiences, advanced targeting, strategic bidding, and detailed campaign optimisation.
Proven expertise running conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing activities, using tools like HubSpot, VWO, or similar.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in HubSpot reporting, GA4, and related analytics platforms.
