Manage a significant global paid media budget, ensuring every euro drives ROI.
Dive deep into data to uncover insights, trends, and new opportunities for growth.
Lead landing page optimisation and CRO efforts to maximise conversions.
Partner closely with content, sales, and marketing teams to align paid media with broader business goals.
Stay ahead of the curve with emerging paid media trends and innovations.
Requirements
6+ years of experience managing multi-channel, high-spend paid campaigns with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
Experience working in a tech, MarTech, IT, or SaaS environment (or in a specialised agency setting).
Proven hands-on expertise running and optimising paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Deep expertise in custom audiences, advanced targeting, strategic bidding, and detailed campaign optimisation.
Proven expertise running conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing activities, using tools like HubSpot, VWO, or similar.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in HubSpot reporting, GA4, and related analytics platforms.
