About the role

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Sr. Director to Director leadership and their direct reports, supporting global operations initiatives including organizational footprint, change enablement, succession planning, and talent strategy.
  • Drive global talent strategies in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and provide strategic counsel to leadership by diagnosing gaps between current and desired organizational performance.
  • Implement targeted actions to address gaps in areas such as organizational effectiveness, design, talent management, succession, employee development, executive coaching, and employee relations.
  • Provide hands-on strategic guidance for change management and people-related issues, including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and HR initiatives.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador across APAC, EMEIA, and the Americas, bringing deep experience in navigating regional nuances and building cross-functional alignment within a highly matrixed organization.
  • Partner with the Talent and Business Partner teams to evolve and embed talent strategies that enable diversity, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Participate in company-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning).
  • Contribute to the ongoing HR transformation, helping shape the future state of the function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-billion dollar, global industrial manufacturing organizations, with deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruiting, and training.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a large, heavily matrixed, multinational company with an employee base of 10,000+.
  • 3-5 years of global experience working across multiple countries.
