Responsibilities
Support the HR Director across the full spectrum of Human Resources activities
Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of structured HR practices within the Brazilian operation

Requirements
Generalist HR experience in multinational companies
Previous exposure to structured HR environments and corporate practices
Experience with HCM platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
Fluent English (daily interaction with international stakeholders)
