About the role

  • HR Assistant Manager supporting the HR Director in a Japanese multinational trading company. Involves in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR practices implementation in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Director across the full spectrum of Human Resources activities
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of structured HR practices within the Brazilian operation
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits activities
  • Interface with headquarters and external partners (consultants and service providers)

Requirements

  • Generalist HR experience in multinational companies
  • Previous exposure to structured HR environments and corporate practices
  • Experience with HCM platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
  • Fluent English (daily interaction with international stakeholders)
