About the role
- Senior Manager of Commercial Sales leading a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth in the Commercial division. Responsible for coaching and developing sales teams for exceptional client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Managers to drive revenue growth and market share
- Coach, develop, and enable the sales team to deliver on business objectives
- Ensure exceptional client relationships, profitable sales execution
- Translate regional sales strategy into actionable team plans
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline health, and territory plans
- Identify opportunities for new business development
- Mentor and develop a team of Account Managers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Drive a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee key client relationships and ensure exceptional service
Requirements
- Remote- must be based in TX, NM, CO, UT, or AZ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial building products, flooring, or related industries
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams with 8+ direct reports
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving profitable growth
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze sales reports and forecasts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
