About the role

  • Sales professional executing plans and promoting products in automotive aftermarket at Schaeffler. Handling customer relations and ensuring targets are met in allocated territories.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales plan with focus on the Schaeffler products for allocated territories
  • Promote and sell product through customer contact & marketing activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly plan for review with assigned manager.
  • Ensure meeting annual sales and collection target.
  • Identify market & product opportunities.
  • Liaise with PM on technical matters and advise the customers and end-users accordingly
  • Customers complain and warranty handling.

Requirements

  • Graduation in Business Administration / Engineering
  • Minimum 4 - 9 years’ experience in Automotive Aftermarket industry
  • Candidate must have experience with at least few product lines from the list of Clutch, Bearings, Engine Components, Braking, Wipers, Filters, Clutch, Lubricants, and batteries.
  • Good understanding of Automotive parts and distribution network
  • Preferably have Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline
