Responsibilities
Support the acquisition team by researching, enriching, validating, and qualifying leads to ensure the sales pipeline is accurate, complete, and sales-ready.
Maintain and update lead records in HubSpot by following defined workflows.
Conduct targeted lead research and assist with outbound sales efforts, including preparing lead lists.
Clean, organize, and analyze sales data using Excel to support reporting, tracking, and operational decision-making.
Assist with sales operations projects, process improvements, and technology enablement initiatives that increase efficiency.
Requirements
Attention to Detail & Organization: Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and organization when managing data, processes, and repetitive tasks.
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with data to identify patterns, validate information, and support informed decision-making.
Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbally, when collaborating with team members and engaging with customers.
Excel Proficiency: Uses Excel confidently to clean, organize, analyze, and manipulate data (intermediate level).
CRM Experience: Has experience using CRM tools to manage customer and lead information, or shows strong aptitude and willingness to learn systems such as HubSpot.
