About the role

  • Customer Sales Service Support managing post-sales operations for food and beverage solutions. Ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation in the MENA region.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Sales orders right from contracts entries till money is collected.
  • Raising contracts in SAP/ System once booked, getting customer PO or signed confirmations, follow up on advances where required, maintaining detailed order wise XL/ record of each order, follow up with mills on timely production and execution, checking shipping Instructions, checking documents and sharing the same with customers.
  • Follow up with Clients / Shippers to ensure all necessary contract execution info (markings / labels / packaging etc.) are available with all concerned.
  • Follow up with suppliers on shipments to ensure timely performance and highlighting of problem areas for necessary intervention.
  • Coordination with our manufacturing units to ensure full shipment information availability and sharing the same on a need basis with the clients.
  • Coordination with the shipping lines / transiters / shipping agents / transshipment port people to ensure shipment tracking.
  • Coordination with the above to ensure / reconfirm / validate manifest info and ensure timely transshipment of cargo to destination markets.
  • Ensuring info availability on “shipments in progress” at various stages of the delivery cycle including cargo at destination port / Ageing / delivery status.
  • Communicating with customer and developing relationship with internal/external stakeholders at operation levels.
  • Tabulating the shipment info to prepare relevant reports for internal control on monthly basis.
  • Handle Sampling requirements of the clients.
  • Dispatch / Receipt of Couriers etc.
  • Helping with organizing business exhibitions

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or logistics operations
  • Strong understanding of: International shipping and logistics processes
  • Export/import documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Certificates, customs docs)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
