Part of the Organizational Development (OD) team to build capabilities and foster a thriving culture
Partner with leaders and teams to identify capability gaps, define learning objectives, and align solutions to organizational priorities
Design and develop engaging learning programs, resources, and tools reflecting adult learning best practices
Deliver training and workshops that inspire, equip, and empower learners with high engagement and application
Coordinate, implement, and monitor learning initiatives to ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and measurable outcomes
Collect and analyze data to assess impact of learning initiatives and recommend improvements
Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to co-create relevant learning solutions
Develop, adapt, and maintain training materials, job aids, and resources to support effective learning delivery
Explore and integrate new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance learning and build knowledge-sharing practices across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (required)
Professional certifications in L&D, coaching, or facilitation are highly desirable
Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-level learning initiatives across diverse, global, and multicultural environments
Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of learning solutions that align with business strategy
Experience leveraging digital learning platforms, knowledge management systems, and emerging technologies to scale impact
Background in organizational change management or cultural transformation projects (preferred)
Deep expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation practices
Advanced curriculum and program design skills, including blended and digital learning solutions
Strong business acumen with ability to connect capability-building initiatives to organizational priorities and measurable outcomes
Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage and inspire at all levels (including senior leadership)
Strong project and program management skills; able to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Analytical mindset, with ability to design and apply learning measurement frameworks
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Strong collaboration skills; able to navigate matrixed, global organizations and build trusted partnerships across cultures

Demonstrated passion for enabling growth, developing talent, and shaping organizational culture
Preferred: experience designing leadership development programs, knowledge of organizational psychology/systems thinking/behavioral science, familiarity with AI-enabled or data-driven learning solutions, coaching or mentoring certification/experience
