Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and engage with subject matter experts to design effective online courses
  • Provide guidance and support to subject matter experts throughout the course development process
  • Edit and ensure quality of online courses
  • Facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge and skills through engaging content
  • Innovate instructional design methodologies and strategies
  • Maintain accurate archives of course documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, or related area required
  • Minimum of three years instructional design experience
  • Familiarity with ethical and legal guidelines that govern online education
  • Familiar with professional competencies for standard and competency-based instructional design
  • Demonstrates alignment with professional competencies for instructional design
  • Experience in creating original, interactive content
  • Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral, and written venues
