About the role

  • Develop and execute the annual internal communication plan, aligned with the company’s purpose, values and strategic priorities.
  • Structure and strengthen the organizational culture, ensuring consistency in the employee experience.
  • Lead campaigns, events, institutional programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Create institutional narratives that reinforce the company’s identity and positioning.
  • Lead the strategic DEI plan, defining goals, governance and metrics.
  • Conduct maturity assessments and implement awareness and belonging initiatives.
  • Ensure coherence between internal policies, institutional messaging and market best practices.
  • Develop and strengthen employer brand positioning.
  • Drive campaigns, cultural activities and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
  • Integrate culture, internal communication and development practices to ensure a coherent employee journey.
  • Coordinate leadership programs, learning pathways and corporate academies.
  • Manage performance evaluation cycles, calibration, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession planning.
  • Support managers with challenges related to performance, climate, development and team management.
  • Implement mentoring programs, internal coaching, assessments and development plans for critical talents.
  • Identify organizational needs and design learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Apply People Analytics methodologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate engagement/climate surveys, statistical analyses, organizational diagnostics and action plans.
  • Establish and monitor internal HR audits, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Support governance for development, climate, DEI and culture.
  • Develop guidelines, rituals and governance for hybrid and remote work models.
  • Ensure productivity, alignment and the strengthening of culture across any work format.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Organizational Development, Culture and Institutional Communication.
  • Extensive experience in DEI, leadership, engagement/climate, performance and succession.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, learning design, leadership development pathways, facilitation and instructional design.
  • Experience with People Analytics, HR metrics and process automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: postgraduate degree, MBA and/or certifications in coaching, assessment, leadership or development methodologies.
