Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Leverage best practices and knowledge to improve products, tools, and process training for sales
  • Apply hands-on payments expertise, drawing from direct product role experience within the payments industry
  • Build compelling product-level narratives, pitch decks, and sales training materials
  • Act as a conduit between Product, PMM, and Sales
  • Support new product rollouts and key initiatives
  • Assess sales knowledge gaps and design tailor-made learning path support
  • Collaborate regularly with peers, internal partners, and cross-functional project teams
  • Analyze sales and training data to evaluate program effectiveness
