About the role

  • Senior Inside Sales Manager responsible for acquiring and managing clients in technology and services sector. Focus on building sustainable customer relationships in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently acquire and win new clients to strategically expand our customer portfolio (technology and services)
  • Build, maintain and develop sustainable customer relationships to secure and increase revenue
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to manage strategic accounts and with the consulting team to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Professionally and persuasively represent the company in telephone and in-person customer interactions
  • Conduct needs analyses and present our solutions to prospective clients
  • Actively shape and support sales projects across the entire customer journey
  • Analyze, segment and strategically use customer data to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain and continuously update customer data in the CRM system in a structured manner

Requirements

  • Proven minimum of four years' experience selling IT consulting services and solution-based offerings
  • Solid knowledge of CRM systems and common Office applications
  • Strong sales acumen and excellent communication skills for targeted client outreach and account management
  • High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility when executing complex projects
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude toward collaborating with colleagues and clients
  • High level of self-motivation for active client acquisition and building a sustainable network
