About the role
- End-to-End Technical Support for Oracle HCM modules including ORC (Recruitment Cloud), Talent Management, Core HR, Journeys, and OTBI
- Ownership of BAU activities: manage and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements
- Build and maintain HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and dashboards to support HR operations and analytics
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve system efficiency
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and provide training/support to end users
- Participate in release cycles, regression testing, and impact assessments for Oracle updates
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational policies
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical BAU roles within Oracle HCM
- Proven expertise in Oracle HCM modules: ORC, Talent Management, Core HR, Journeys
- Strong hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
- Solid understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and succession planning
- Experience with support ticketing systems, release management, and configuration queues
- Ability to own and drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in global organisations with complex HR landscapes is preferred
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (desired)
- Experience with AI features in Oracle (e.g., goal writing, CV parsing) (desired)
- Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Interview Stream, ServiceNow) (desired)
- Exposure to job architecture and workforce planning initiatives (desired)
