Senior HR Business Partner advising on HR matters within a prominent automotive repair group. Involved in employee lifecycle management, organizational development, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Advise and support managers on all HR matters
Provide guidance and ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies (e.g., written warnings, terminations, occupational reintegration management (BEM), compliance)
Design and support the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, career & development planning, goal setting, exit interviews)
Support organizational development, workforce planning and succession planning
Develop and implement measures to strengthen company culture and conduct employee engagement surveys
Support transformation and restructuring processes as well as M&A integrations
Advise on salary and bonus rounds, ensuring pay equity
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism) and derive recommendations for action
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a comparable qualification
Experience in HR, ideally with initial experience as an HR Business Partner / Junior HR Business Partner
Solid knowledge of labor law as well as compensation & benefits
Experience in change and transformation management
Strong consultative skills, excellent communication, empathy and assertiveness
Analytical thinking and confident handling of HR metrics and reports
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel
