Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR Business Partner roles, with an international focus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing complexity.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
