Responsibilities
Supporting end-to-end campaign delivery with ownership of setting up, optimising and reporting with a focus on Paid Search
Contributing to shaping and executing our growth strategy across key business areas, helping identify new opportunities and scaling what works
Supporting in developing testing strategies around account structure, campaign planning, experiments, and creative roadmaps
Collaborating with our Brand, Integrated Marketing, and Creative Studio teams to deliver high-performing creative, grounded in data and user insight
Ensuring all creative assets follow best practice and comply with financial regulation requirements
Providing competitor focused insights including Auction Insights and changes to landing pages, messaging and propositions
Staying up to date with platform updates and industry trends, sharing learnings across the wider Growth Marketing team
Requirements
experience running successful Paid Search acquisition campaigns for a fast-growing business (financial services experience is a plus)
