Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing: ideally in a startup or agency
Strong performance marketing expertise—particularly operationally on Meta
Team lead experience: you have already led and developed a marketing team
Brand sensibility: you love strong brands, good design and clear language—and know how to bring these elements together consistently
Analytical thinking and confident handling of KPIs, tools & budget management
You bring the drive to tackle challenges, think solution-oriented, and are eager to take on responsibility
