About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing high-level support for CMO & EVP of Global Communications at NYC Tourism + Conventions. Coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level, confidential support to EVP, Global Communications and the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and communications, and support leadership engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, and materials.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and capture notes, track action items, and ensure follow-up.
  • Support strategic initiatives led by Global Communications and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience and a strong understanding of executive operations and C-suite support
  • High attention to detail with strong organization and time management
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and shift quickly as priorities change
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to anticipate needs and act with limited direction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management, and virtual meeting tools
  • Experience coordinating across teams and managing stakeholders
  • Ability to manage projects, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Comfort supporting high-profile executives in fast-paced environments.
