About the role

  • Collect and analyse the UK market information
  • Grasp the development trend of the company's services in the local market
  • Mobilize personal network resources and industry experience to establish a customer sales system for the company in the UK market
  • Visit the UK target customer groups and establish good communication with customers
  • Actively explore customers pain points and provide professional landing solutions
  • Guide customers to reach in-depth cooperation and promote customer value-added services and contract renewal
  • Create product training materials for UK customers and arrange product usage training courses
  • Analyze customer's use of the product and regularly conduct training and return visits to increase customer stickiness
  • Timely solve UK customers problems and collect customer feedback and suggestions
  • Assist internal team in improving and upgrading the company's products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of solid working experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Programmatic advertising, SEM, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience in customer service/support or technical support environment preferred
  • Experience in technical writing preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced & multinational environment and with a distributed team
  • A good team player & fast learner with a good “people person” personality & sense of humor
