About the role

  • By joining Izix, your main mission is to ensure the smooth adoption and continued usage of our software solutions by our clients.
  • Accompany customers along their journey with our software solution (onboarding, parking policy, training) and bring your commercial, technical and product expertise to the table.
  • Support commercial activities through sales enablement material or direct support in case of complex deals (upsells, tools, processes, demos, etc.)
  • Monitoring real estate & market trends.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction (train, collect feedback, inform about upgrades, interesting outcomes for them, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer’s relation.
  • Through QBRs stay up to date regarding customer’s needs and feedback regarding our product, staying aware of any upsell possibilities.
  • Liaise with the product team to communicate customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet existing or upcoming requirements as well as to validate releases and new developments before they are launched and then implementing them.
  • Constantly improving the Izix product vision.

Requirements

  • You demonstrate a talent for stirring up crowds around an innovative project that is revolutionizing the mobility sector and the real estate industry.
  • You have exeperience in customer success related roles (+3 years) and can demonstrate a track record of "making it happen" no matter what.
  • You demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile, a go-getter attitude with an emphasis on teamwork. Strong positive vibes will go a long way at Izix!
  • You desire to gain autonomy and be a source of new ideas on how to succeed as a team.
  • You have an ambitious personality, with a passion for technology and a desire to revolutionize a sector.
  • You speak English, and French without efforts and dutch is a strong asset.
