Responsibilities
- フリマアプリ「メルカリ」ないし、同アプリで展開されるメルペイやメルコインといったプロダクトをより良い体験でご利用いただくためのCRMに関するプロジェクト推進、具体的なCRMの企画・管理をチームのミッションに基づきながら実施していただきます。
- グループの施策が多数走る中で、CRMに関する課題解決のコンセプト策定、戦略立案、そして実行。それらを一気通貫で自走していただくことはもちろん、プロジェクトチームを牽引し、成功に導いていただきます。

- 業務内容記載領域のいずれかにおける7年以上のプロジェクト管理、推進の経験
- UXやUIにおけるお客さま視点での着想
- toCサービスを持つ事業会社におけるCRMやプロモーションの実務経験
- 大胆に手数をうち、サービスのKPIを圧倒的に伸ばした経験
- ビジネス開発、エンジニア、デザイナーたちと職種横断で協業できるコミュニケーションスキル
